We don't allow postings for new Members in any forum where new Members are encouraged to do incentive searches (any Get Paid Forum, Paid for Search Forum, etc.). Any Member who will ignore this warning will loose the account.

All Members who are planning to request payments to Main Account please do so until the end of July. From including August 1, 2008 until October 31st, 2008 will be possible to request only to Advertising Account. This is request from Main Advertiser First-Zone and its campaigns. Every request made to Main Account in this time period will just remain pending and will be returned back to Advertising Account. Thank you for understanding.

Please read the rules very carefully before you sign up! Don't sign up if you don't want to terminate your account by yourself when/if you decide to discontinue the program. If you want to discontinue the program, it's easy you just login to your account and click on Terminate/ Deactivate account. Very important is that you use , otherwise we have to send you a check which will cost you $10.00 or more. Company keeps the right to send payments by check or any other method which seems more appropriate.

By signing up as a member you agree that if/when you want your account terminated you will do it by yourself just sign in to your account and click on Deactivate account . Please don't send emails to our administration or staff. You also agree you will ask questions which are not answered in our Terms in the forum. Your location is not important, we pay in every Country.

Especially read very carefully about Referral bonus and time limit. You are signifying your acceptance to this agreement. By signing up and actively using the Company program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Company may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Company.

If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your further participation in the Company program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Members

Everyone who sign's with us as a partner must follow the rules: Visitors must come through the Search Box or through result page (xml feed) No incentive searches or clicks are allowed. Incentive clicks are cause for immediate termination. All foreign traffic from partner's to US advertisers will be ignored. If partner sends to much foreign traffic we'll terminate partners account. Foreign traffic from the following countries to US advertisers will be ignored:

If you have your data base of members and want them to participate in our program, you can only invite them as direct members, your referrals. Do not send them to your site as visitors, because this will cause automatic activation of filters which will disable normal activities of your account.

You get rewarded for referrals permanent for first level 10%, second level 7%, third level 5% and fourth level 3%.

You are allowed to make just true searches . If you misuse this program with incentive searches your account may fall into category for review and get cancelled.

People who are online each day usually use search engine for their own needs. When they search they use keyword's and when they get result's they click on 3 or 4 results. Then they try a new keyword combination or different keyword for search. What they don't do is search 10 or more times and click on 5 or more links on a result page. They also don't search for the same keyword over and over again. When people search they also don't use (usually not) proxies for browsing.

We won't prohibit any search, we'll just prevent any incentive clicks and fraud. We'll also offer visitors and advertisers a fair chance and freedom so they can do what ever they want. We'll regulate that with automatic filters. We encourage you to search with us and refer as many referrals as possible. Referrals are the key to success. 

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Company be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up for Company. You agree to receive unlimited email advertising from Company, each day. In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked for 7 (seven) or more days to messages from Company your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. In the event your email account on file is full for 7 (seven) consecutive days your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings.

Members of all countries are welcome to participate in our program.

Relationship of the Parties

You and Company are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Company. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Company. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the Company program.

Limitation of Liability

Company will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential
damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Company program, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Company aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payments

Members may earn by visiting websites after they have logged into their Company account. Members may earn by referring new members to the Company program. Members will earn 10% of their direct referrals earnings, 7% of level 2, 5% of level 3, and 3% of level 4 . All Members will be paid by check or . Company will pay members when their balance reaches $50.00.

Spam

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication.

Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Company and may result in legal prosecution. Company strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Company may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Company will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

Company reserves the right to reject or remove any member if it is deemed unsuitable for the Company program.

You agree that you are solely responsible for defending any claim, and for payment of damages or losses resulting from the foregoing to both a third party and to Company.

Company reserves the right to reject, cancel or remove any member at any time for any reason whatsoever and Company, its employees, consultants and other agents shall have no liability for such decisions.

Requests

Requests are processed on net 45 basis, which means checks will be sent 45 business days after member requests it or it will be put in your 45 business days after request. We may cancel your participation in the Targeted Email Campaign with or without payment at any time for any or no reason.

Complete Address

Company require from each affiliate complete truthful address with valid phone number. Any Affiliate who ignore those terms and submit fake address, email and/or phone number or will leave blank will have his/her account terminated.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE

Company reserves the right to change these general practices, rules and limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice.

Company reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

You agree that Company shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

All emails from members who send spam, talk in bad language or just want to take advantage will be erased and their accounts terminated. All accounts with fake data, fake or disconnected phone numbers, and/or other scam/fraudulent intensions will be erased. We reserve the right to check from time to time if data, emails and/or phone numbers are real. If we see that the phone doesn't work, data are fake or email is inactive, we'll close that account. We also reserve the right to change the Terms at any time for any or no reason.
